comprehension book?
PinkGirl: “Mom? Do you know my comprehension book?
Me: “Your what?”
PinkGirl: “You know, my comprehension book, where I write my stories and plays and stuff?”
Me: “oh. You mean your composition book.
PinkGirl: “yeah, that one.”
Me: “What about it?”
Then I got to hear a story from the comprehension book.
that’s what I’m TALKIN’ about!
FavoriteSon got his first official touchdown on Saturday. There was a kickoff return. There was a reverse. FavoriteSon had the ball with more than 60 yards between him and the goal. Check it out. The first photo was taken at 11:46:02 a.m. Notice the hand reaching for him from behind. Click on the photo to zoom in and see his teammate smiling. He knows that hand is going to come up empty.
The next photo was taken at 11:46:04. TWO SECONDS later.
The third photo? Still 11:46:04. I love my camera. And my lens. And of course my son.
I need to spend some more time with this lens before basketball and track seasons.
Although, I think I take better photos when I’m not screaming “GO! RUN!! RUN!! RUN!!! THAT’S WHAT I’M TALKING ABOUT!!!!”
I should probably also look through the lens instead of directly at the field.
